At PennyPro, we respect your privacy and personal data. If you would like to delete your PennyPro account, please follow the instructions below.
To delete your account and personal data:
Log in to your PennyPro account.
Go to the Support Ticket section in your dashboard.
Submit a new ticket with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
Our support team will review your request and permanently delete your account and personal information within 7 working days.
Once your request is confirmed:
Your account details (username, email, phone)
Wallet balance and transaction records
Investment plans and referrals
Login and activity logs
will be permanently removed from our system.
Account deletion requests can only be submitted by the account owner after logging in for security reasons.
Transaction records retained for legal and audit requirements may remain as anonymized logs without personal identifiers, as per our privacy policy.
